Group Post: Rough Cut Feedback

Yesterday our rough cut was presented in front of a focus group, we got both positives and negatives.

Positives:

• Good use of establishing shots.
• High cutting rate is effective.
• Visuals anchored well with sound.
• An effective variety of shots.
• Great location.

Negatives:

• Improve the presence of the girl in the cage.
• Edit soundtrack so that cruscendo is mirrored in visuals.
• Less writing and establishing shots with more action.
• Move some shots around to create more tension and anxiety.
